This little darling was born just a couple of weeks before Max was. It’s so crazy to me how fast these kids grow up! I remember when I did her new born pictures and here she is all big and grown up. I couldn’t get enough of her cuteness! I just love this toddler stage with all it’s chubbiness and growing vocabulary. The ducks added their own form of entertainment to the session and certainly made an impression on little K. So glad I got to take these pictures for her wonderful mom and dad.

Have I ever mentioned there were several times in my life I was about to put my camera on the shelf and retire my title of photographer? But then God steps in and puts someone in my life to keep me on this journey. One of which was Jenny. My lovely, amazing, talented studio manager. I seriously wouldn’t be in business if it wasn’t for her. Her services allow me to do what is most important to me – be a wife and mother. She provides superior customer service and takes care of my clients so well that I trust her with everything.

She expanded her business to include post production, albums, logo design, and more. After using her services once – I was hooked! Once again Jenny saves the day with her amazingness! After a wedding I have the piece of mind that I am sending my images into the trusted hands of Jenny and I get to enjoy what I love the most…. my family! When I think about this wedding the first word that comes to my mind is… FUN! From start to finish I just really enjoyed being with Rebecca, Ben and their families. There were a lot of laughs through out the day and especially at the reception at ASU Old Main. Rebecca and Ben met at work, actually Rebecca was Ben’s boss! But that’s another story. This post is about their wedding day. The girls got ready at Mission Palms in Tempe and the ceremony was at The Newman Center at ASU. I loved all the little personalized touches for the reception – from the jam to the penny toss for the first dance. Thank you all for allowing me to be there and to capture these special moments for you all!

I wasn’t sure where to put this sock picture – but it makes me smile so I wanted to shareI don’t usually share bouquet/garder pictures because they tend to be all the same – but I can’t stop laughing when I see how into “it” these guys got. As you can see – these guys meant business! In the end there was a victor.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. I can’t get over how much I love watching these two be in love. Their love is like the energizer bunny…. it keeps going and going and going. These two are high school sweet hearts and have been together for over 8 years. And yet the way they love each other is like something you see in a high school movie – and you can just see the whole world melt away when they are together. Not to mention all the love that just emanates from the families. I can’t help but quote Filmore from Cars, “There’s a lot of love out there Man”. We started the day out at the Biltmore and than headed to a lovely home of the bride’s parents for the reception and the details were just so! It was a beautiful day from start to finish.

I had a blast taking pictures of this darling family! There are so many things I loved about this session – besides getting to spend time with these energetic and fun loving people. I love that Michelle had each of her kids bring something that was important to them to have pictures taken with (example – her son with his Razor). I love how adventuresome her boys are – however I did have two mini heart attacks as they climbed and jumped out of trees… speaking of trees I love that Michelle wanted pictures at a place they love to be together as a family… outdoors by the lake near the mountains. I also loved seeing the love these two parents have for their kids and how her kids loved being loved. Thank you guys for allowing me the opportunity to spend time with you!

Celeste is my go to girl whenever I need a model. Can you blame me when she is so pretty and because she is my sister. I asked Celeste to come over and let me practice with my beautiful new lens on her and I must say she did a wonderful job, don’t you think? I’m always so impressed with Celeste and all she has accomplished at such a young age. Did I mention she is mega smart, sings, and acts? I love her zest for life and her keep trying attitude. She is going to go far in life and I don’t just say that because I’m her sister…. she really will. I love you!!

The first time I met Shay and Bryan it was apparent they were going to rock the camera with their adorableness and it’s obvious they came through on that one! What else struck me about this couple is how genuinely kind they are to each other and those around them. You can’t help but fall in love with them as you get to know them better and it’s no wonder they fell for each other.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day to celebrate these two. The weather was lovely and the everyone looked beautiful. The details were just right and the bride was perfection. The wedding took place at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale and we had plenty of photo opportunities we took advantage of ; ) Thank you to Shay, Bryan and all their family for being so wonderful to work with. I feel so grateful to have been part of your day!

I am SO excited that Mary was able to capture this special day, because it was for one of my favorite people on earth! I have known Jenn since she was a little girl (I did her hair for junior high and high school dances in my little sister’s bedroom!) and now she is all grown up and married to such a wonderfully sweet guy, Tony.

They were married a couple of weeks ago at the Anthem Golf and Country Club, and the entire day was just touching and beautiful. Jennifer looked ridiculously beautiful and Tony looked quite dapper himself, the day was sunny and gorgeous, and the entire event was really special. To top it all off, Mary was able to really show how lovely it all was!

Congratulations again, Jenn and Tony, we love you guys!
